How Our Refuge Works

Wolf Sanctuary Care
Ambassador Wolves live in secure sanctuary habitats, receiving specialized nutrition, enrichment, veterinary care, and calm environments.

Survivor-Support Experiences
This is the second step description, detailing how the process unfolds and what users need to do to move forward efficiently.

Education and Outreach
We partner with advocates and professionals to promote compassionate, ethical understanding of wolves and trauma-aware care.
Who We Serve
Our programs welcome all survivors of domestic violence and trauma.
Some sessions are women-only for emotional safety, while others may be mixed-group or family-based as our program capacity grows.
We are not a therapy clinic or crisis service. We work alongside trauma-informed professionals to provide supportive, grounding experiences that complement counseling and advocacy.
Safety and Ethics
• No unsupervised access to wolves
• No direct handling for visitors
• Appointment-only sanctuary
• Emergency + safety protocols in place
• Ethical, enrichment-based care
• Location withheld to protect survivors and animals
You Can Help Build the Refuge
Your support helps provide habitat improvements, veterinary care, enrichment supplies, survivor-support programming, and nonprofit formation costs. Every contribution, large or small, truly matters.

Our Story Begins…
Our name comes from what started this journey – hand-carved wooden hearts — joined by unseen rivets that bind survivors together through shared strength, understanding, and quiet resilience. They remind us that healing doesn’t erase the breaks; it honors them and builds strength around them.
Riveted Hearts Wolf Pack Refuge is founded on that belief: wolves deserve safety — and so do survivors.
